The Job profile is as follows;
Job Title: Customer Interaction Executive
Summary:
The job profiles involve giving outbound B2Bcalls and interact with key people in the Business enterprise globally for validating business information and simultaneously updating the data in the software.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Outbound B2B Customer Interaction – The CIE is required to contact business enterprises across the globe and validate key business information over the telephone.
•The CIE may be required to use a script / questionnaire.
•Data acquired / validated is to be input in the software.
•The CIE may be required to do small amounts of internet searches to acquire alternate telephone numbers and company sites.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Accurate Data Input - Error free Call disposition.
• Efficiency - Achievement of set targets in terms of no. of ‘completed’ calls.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Candidate should be an graduate, however ungraduates are also preferred.
• Well acquainted with MSoffice skills and with 20-30 wpm as keyboard skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the willingness to learn and work in shifts.
• Should have experience in the BPO sector maximum upto 2 yrs.
