Position : HR Recruiter (Female or Male)
Location : CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Exp- Min 6 mths exp / BMS/MBA freshers can also apply
Job Desciption :
*Handling end to end recruitment.
*Assiting and co-ordinating his/her Senior HR in all aspects.
*Understanding the requirement from respective technical heads.
*Being one point of contact for taking Interviews, Negotiating salary,doing joining formalities
*Implementing numerous Sourcing strategies viz. Headhunting, Referral Generation, E-staffing tools, Ad Placement, Job Postings, and *Direct Sourcing & Networking so as to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
*Responsible for Vendor Management.
*Developing and maintaining an internal pool of database.
*Defining Hiring Benchmarks, Turn around Time (TAT) for all Critical Positions.
*Closing the requirements within the right Time/Budget.
