Role of Interpretation Coordinator
There will be 3 main sources of bookings we receive from our customers
1. Online booking system
The majority of bookings are made by the customer (Courts Services) using the on-line booking facility: http://www.lionbridgeinterpretation.com
2. Email bookings
Bookings can also be made by email to our dedicated email address.
3. Phone bookings
Phone bookings will be available for bookings made within 24hours or less of the assignment ONLY.
The Coordinator has to look into all the cases that we receive through these channels. He/She has to communicate with the interpreter and the customer to fulfill their needs through calls and emails for every case we receive.
The process also involves back office work which amounts to 40% of the total workload.
