Each of our products addresses significant needs and offer compelling benefits to large and growing industrial markets.
Qualification :- Any Graduate/Undergraduate (With Minimum 6months course done in Hardware and Networking)
Experience :- Fresher
Salary :- Rs 6000 - 6500 Per month
Location :- Andheri (Marol)
Responsibilities
• Proper Know how about all the products
• Should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level after a month’s time
• Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
• Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
• Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients’ requirements
• Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate the product
Skills
•Should have excellent communication skills.
•Should have knowledge in the IT field-Hardware and Software Solutions
•Should be dynamic, young male with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
•Should possess strong technical computer skills.
