Today we have centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Profile:
ï ¶ To provide customer support online and by telephone
ï ¶ To understand the customer’s needs and address them in the best possible manner
ï ¶ To coordinate with the Operations team to be informed about availability of seats for classes
ï ¶ To be aware of any new modules that are introduced
ï ¶ To possess good knowledge about the SDIPA brand so that selling to potential clients yields definite results
ï ¶ To address all customer queries and complaints within established time frames
ï ¶ To take follow up action with respect to customer queries and complaints and to ensure effective closure
ï ¶ To be responsible for updating information regarding prospective or existing clients in the database
Salary: 10k To 12k
Shift Timings: (9am to 5.30pm) (11am to 7pm)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
ï ¶ 0-3 years of experience with a minimum of 0.5 years in similar or identical role
ï ¶ Essential: Class 12 Graduate
ï ¶ Desirable: Graduate in any field
