Details of the position of Customer Service Executive. (Not a Call Center profile)

Company: A leading Telecom MNC

Qualification: Any (Graduates/Undergraduates-HSC passed)

Salary: Rs 8,000 - Rs 12,000 (Depending on the Candidates Performance)

Experience: 0-3 yrs (Freshers are welcome)

Key Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Well Groomed and Pleasing Personality.

Job Profile:
• Involves frontend customer interaction.
• Solving their queries pertaining to telecom issues.

Timings: 9 a.m to 5 p.m & 1 p.m to 9 p.m (Rotational Shift)- NO NIGHT SHIFTS

Location: Mumbai
